Welcome to Man-Day.ORG

            The first Man-Day competition was played in St. Louis during the summer of 2006. The individual goal is to have the most points at the end of the tournament after five events. Participants will however be on different teams throughout the day during the competition and awarded points on where they finish in each event. All points are constantly updated throughout the day and a Champion is awarded after the fifth and final event has been completed.

Upcoming MAN-DAY Winter 2010

Winter Man-Day 2010 is right around the corner, competition is slated for Saturday January 23rd !!!  Thank you everyone that competed in the blazingly hot Summer events as the day was a huge success and an overall great time.  Summer Man-Day had a total of 60 participants and we are expecting around the same number for this Winter's version. 

Participation

Participants will need to report to Wehner Park (7600 Hazel Avenue, Shrewsbury, 63119) by 9:00 am day of the event. Upon arriving please report to the registration table where the MD Ladies will get you signed in for the day and receive instructions, shirts, etc. Football begins at 9:30!!!  Immediately following will be a short trip to Shrewsbury Lanes (7202 Weil Avenue, 63119) where the bowling event will take place, then down the road to The Que (3632 S. Big Bend rd, 63143) for the final three events.

  This year’s Winter events will include:

  1. Football (Teams of 6-8)
  2. Bowling (Teams of 4)
  3. Darts (Team of 2)
  4. Pool (Team of 2)
  5. Texas Hold'em Tournament (Solo event)

* Participants will have the same Teammate for Darts/Pool.

$50 Entry Fee will cover each Man-Day Participant’s

  • Bowling Shoes/2 Games
  • Darts/Pool Fees
  • 2010 Man-Day T-Shirt/Jersey
  • Pizza
  • Water/Gatorade
  • Beer – Will be provided at Football and limited supply at Bowling ($2 bottles at The Que)
  • Championship Trophy-Winner Only
  • Winner of Texas Hold'em Tournament will win an additional $50
  • Man-Day 1st Place overall for the day receives $100
  • Man-Day 2nd Place overall for the day receives $50
